At the height of the pandemic in March of 2020, Alfred found an innovative way to continue to serve its customers, even as the world of hospitality came to a stand-still. Expanding its services to new markets to provide users with local deliveries instead of in-home services, Alfred, then known as Hello Alfred, began its rebrand. Due to the obvious challenging times across all industries, my time with Alfred was brief, but it prepared me to craft thoughtful, strategic brand copy in new, actionable ways that I have applied to a variety of my work since.
