Working on the copy for a brand known well outside of its target audience, I was presented with an interesting set of challenges in approaching copy for the brands various users. Varying tone between the men’s and women’s products while remaining sensitive to the pain points of each audience helped us approach the topic of incontinence with respect, consistency, and awareness. I worked on all copy on product copy and content across the Amazon+ Page.
